My Journey

Picture this: a depressed person in their mid-twenties decides to learn pottery. I know, it sounds like a novel idea. But seriously, I took up pottery to cope with PTSD and quickly realized just how inaccessible this art form is. From financial barriers to accessible teaching practices, this art needs a LOT of work. With a master’s degree in behavioral science and over six years of experience working with disabled individuals, I’m committed to making this art—which has been so transformative for me—accessible to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status. As a queer, neurodivergent person, I understand the importance of inclusivity and accessibility. I’ll be documenting my learning process and creating materials, along with FREE informative videos and lessons. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
